Administrative Mechanism:

The Ryan White Program requires the establishment of a mechanism to administer funds for the timely delivery of essential services to PLWH throughout Long Island. This mechanism is used to allocate funds according to the Planning Council’s priorities. The assessment of the administrative mechanism is done annually and is a roadmap for what was done well and to identify areas for improvement.
