The Planning Council welcomes individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of people living with HIV/AIDS in Nassau and Suffolk Counties. The majority of the work that is done by the Planning Council is accomplished through its standing and ad-hoc committees. By joining a committee, you become part of a dedicated team working to improve access to care, promote health equity, and shape meaningful change.
