Consumer Survey

The Nassau-Suffolk HIV Health Services Planning Council is responsible for determining HIV service needs on Long Island and establishing priorities for the allocation of funds. The Consumer Needs Assessment Survey is one of the tools the Council uses to help determine service needs and gaps for people with HIV (PWH) on Long Island.
